Mitchell and Angelika have been practicing licensed psychology for over twenty years. In 1998 their practice expanded to include performance enhancement, specializing in tennis and golf. In 1999 World Team Tennis endorsed their training methods. Also that year, they incorporated neurofeedback into their clinical and performance work. They are the team sports psychologists for the Philadelphia Freedoms professional tennis team. Mitch and Angelika work with athletes including recreational players, internationally ranked juniors and professionals. They have offices in Valley Forge, PA, Summit, NJ and at the West Side Tennis Club, former site of the US Open.
Angelika Y. Sadar, M.A.
Licensed Psychologist specializing in clinical and sports psychology. Angelika Sadar obtained her BA in psychology from Binghamton University and her MA in clinical psychology from the University of Dayton. She is certified by the Professional Tennis Registry and the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. Previously she was certified as regionally rated gymnastic official. She has competed in college gymnastics and is currently the director of sports psychology at the Arthur Ashe Tennis and Education Center, the only tennis training center in the country devoted to the overall athletic and intellectual development of children under eighteen.

Dr. Sadar obtained his BA with honors in psychology from Dartmouth College, MA in clinical psychology from the University of Dayton and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. He has been involved in organized sports all of his life. He was a three letter a year athlete in high school and played college football on an Ivy League team that won or shared the league championship all four of his college years. In recent years he has coached and participated in a variety of sports including softball, tennis and golf.
